The best neck ice pack wrap
This thing is like one of those migraine caps you keep in the freezer, but for your neck. It’s super soft and flexible, and it molds perfectly to your neck, no matter your size. The wrap around design and velcro strap make it easy to get a snug, secure fit without it feeling tight.When it’s cold, the sensation is amazing, really helps with my neck pain and stiffness after a long day. I haven’t tried heating it yet, but the cold therapy alone has made it worth it. So comfy and effective. The best part is that you also can use it for the wrist , ankle or knee. Definitely recommend!

good neck wrap
This gel pack is not as wide as the pictures portray, it will not cover the entire height of your neck. That being said, it is still a nice gel pack. It works for both hot and cold therapy. It stays cold or warm for about 20 minutes. It stays warm longer than it being cold as your body warmth affects the gel. It is comfortable for sensitive skin and can fit different neck sizes. The gel inside the wrap stays flexible even when it is froze. It is quite comfortable and stays on well.

Made well, but vague heating instructions,
Sometimes I get headaches where only heat helps. I have no idea why that is, but it is. I wanted to ditch the heating pad and was hoping this could replace it. But, I could not find anything that tells me the way it needs to be heated? On the listing page, it says “microwave”. For how long? At what power? We don’t know. That seems like it’d be a pretty important considering it is advertised as being used for heat. I have not tried the cold as I don’t really have a need for it. Other than a key missing piece, it’s made well. It is pretty soft! But, if want heat, skip it to be on the safe side.

This neck wrap is really unimpressive. It’s only about 2–3 inches wide and fastens with Velcro. I was expecting something that would cover my entire neck, but it feels more like a thicker collar.As a plus-sized individual, the fit is also very tight. It feels almost like it’s choking me when I put it on, so I would advise other plus-sized users to skip this—it’s not comfortable.I was also disappointed by the lack of instructions. The product claims it can be used hot or cold, but it seems like it’s only effective in the freezer. Clear directions on how to warm it and for how long would have been very helpful.Overall, this neck wrap is completely underwhelming. I would recommend looking for other hot/cold packs that provide more coverage for the neck area.

I bought the Neck Ice Pack Wrap for migraine relief and it doesn’t disappoint. The gel material makes it soft, not hard like a regular ice pack. I can put it around my neck or lay it on my forehead and it feels so good! It doesn’t come with instructions, but they can be found on the product page.
