Low profile, not bulky to wear under scrubs or clothes
I had low back pain (I work in a hospital inpatient/beside care) we boost and turn patients often, sometimes lifts are not available and even staff.. but decisions to make patients comfortable happen, this helps keep my lumbar spine stabilized or at least more aware of more economic posture when doing so.. but USE YOUR LIFTS AND COWORKERS DON’T HURT YOURSELF!!

size does run small…
It’s a good lightweight brace. I would recommend to size up. I got the XL due to reviews saying these seem to run small. I have to agree and happy I didnt buy the large. As it is, this is a bit tight and barely holding on. I plan on doing some more research for a better fit.

Update to my original review:The Velcro has worn out very quickly. I am very active with this brace. But it’s pretty disappointing it has become very difficult to hold together.————I’m 6’0”, 170lbs with a 32 in waist. I ordered the large and the size is perfect for me.I have experienced a lot of lower back pain for several months now. I’m using this in some of my daily activities as well when I need to lift heavy items and I already feel a positive difference.The weight belt really provides great support on my lower back. There are two additional straps you can use to tighten it up even further if you need more support.The quality of the product is right in the pocket for the price. I’ve been stubborn before about using these and it cost me. Get ahead of it and use this belt to start if you are doing any sort of lifting that could strain your back.
