I love this little noise machine!
I wasn’t sure if I’d be thrilled about this at first. I mean, it’s a noise machine. But the more I tried the features, the more I REALLY liked this noise machine. There are so many thoughtful touches, so many functions, and some I never thought to “want” before, but now I truly appreciate them. I believe it’s an excellent value for the list price. I can’t speak to durability or how long it will last, but it seems high enough quality for how I’ll likely use it, so that’s good enough for me. The settings are easy, and it even comes with a quick-start guide! There is a leash and a hook and a cable, too. It charges quickly, although it does seem to run down the battery fairly quickly if it’s left on for prolonged periods, but this also depends on the light and sound levels, higher will shorten the battery life. It’s around 8-9 hours for me.Things I particularly LOVE: First, the app! Wow, I never, ever thought I’d want or need an app for a noise machine. But, holy moly, there are SO many sounds. You can download them to your machine, you can customize the loop, you can even record or add your own, so you could, for instance, sing to an infant and upload that. You can delete sounds, too, so you’re not stuck with some weird noise you have no interest in even scrolling past. Next, the ability to customize the loop time. And, oh yes, the sleep timer! Genius. Noise to wake up and noise for yoga, noise to concentrate…pick your background. There is also the light function. This is nice as a nightlight, but I don’t actually care much either way about it. It’s easy to customize and easy to set and turn on/off, but eh, it’s a light. I greatly appreciate that there’s not a lot of verbiage on the machine itself. It’s simple, it’s sleek, and it’s very portable. The sound level is good, although I won’t be using it to cover huge areas, so I can’t speak to the volume level for larger spaces. There is the ability to preview your sounds, too, to be certain these are the ones you want.The only thing I don’t love is that I cannot set it as an alarm. You can easily customize the sleep timer, but you cannot set it to come *on* at a set time. Maybe this could be in a future app? I hope so.

Handy White Noise Device
The most pressing thing to know about this is that it requires the app to be able to use it. I wish I had understood that before ordering. I was wanting a device I could use when camping and don’t need my phone to do so. With that being said, this is actually a really nice device and has great sound quality. The battery doesnt last long. It says 12 hours which is about accurate. It has a small nightlight that is a good brightness for sleep. I haven’t tried the voice recording part but it seems easy to do through the app. I feel the current cost ($30) is fair for the quality. Overall, this is a great sound machine and worth buying if you don’t mind the app requirement.

It is an incredibly sophisticated device with many options.Set up:Very straightforward. The quick start orange card gets you up and running in no time. Basically you charge and then power on the device and enter pairing mode by pushing buttons on the device itself.Download the app via the QR code and follow directions on the app or written directions to connect to your 2.4 ghz wifi and add the device. Just make sure you know your password to your wifi!Controller dashboard on app:On/off button, child lock and battery level indicatorBy tapping each section you can:1) Play the 10 preprogrammed favorites (see video)2) Adjusted lighting color, timer, volume, and brightness3) Voice recording (up to 10 minutes)Favorites/sound screen: (access by tapping the music button on dashboard screen)1) Play each of the preprogrammed favorite sounds2) Tape “sound” at the top to access 12 sounds such as “campire & crickets”, “womb”, “Raindrop piano. At the bottom tape online sounds to get you to 3rd screenOnline sounds:Categories include sleep, wake-up, yoga, meditation, heal. There are sub categories within each group such as “Yoga-singing bowl” The possibilities seem endless!Add custom sounds:On the favorites/sound page there is a “+” sign. There you design your own favorite. Give it a name, pick the sounds, choose the loop interval duration, lighting and brightness. You can preview it before you add it to your favorites.Conclusion:This is an incredible device with seemingly infinite possibilities. (Keep in mind it requires an app to operate.) It is one of the coolest noise machines I have ever seen, especially given its ease of setup and use, compact size, and portability. They even give you a little lanyard or a ring to attach to a stroller, crib, or baby carrier. The timer and childproof lock are other helpful features. I don’t see why use would be restricted to just babies. The ONLY possible limitation for adults might be that the sounds are on a repeating loop which many adult versions are not, which can lead your brain to detecting a repeating pattern and lead to sound fatigue. This doesn’t seem to be a consideration for babies. With a 1 year warranty and customer support by email, the coupon price of $33.99 is an excellent value!
