It’s good for the amount of tension it applies to your back but I wish it were taller and maybe made of something more firm. After a few time of wearing it it started to roll and fold back on itself.

This is my third order of this back support, the first one was little bit smaller for me and when I ordered the medium size it fits me perfectly. I used them almost the whole day, when I am working on my yard, when I go to work and specially when driving. I felt the difference when I started using it when driving specially on long drive, I was not restless anymore, I was not moving around to find comfortable spot on my seat anymore and that makes driving a lot easier and enjoyable.

I bought it based on description. It does not fit every torso. I have a short waist. The edges dig into my hip and lower back area. Uncomfortable to sit and stand with it on. Difficult to adjust because of the length of the brace. The elastic portion is good and give plenty of extension to adjust. It not made for people with short torsos.
